Information on Shipping, Damaged or Faulty Goods

Here at Buds 2 Bouquets, the best possible care is taken when packing your order.  We would like to point out that it is the customers responsibility to ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery.

When you sign for a delivery, you are accepting that the order is complete and intact. Should your order be partially shipped we will notify you.

Should goods have been broken or damaged in transit then it is the customers responsibility to refuse to accept the order and contact us immediately.

By providing your signature and accepting the items of your delivery, you are confirming that the product has arrived in good condition. 

Please inspect the contents prior to signing for it, if the packaging is damaged in any way.

It is at Buds 2 Bouquets’ solely discretion to replace a damaged items after the customer has received and signed for it.

Buds 2 Bouquets must authorise any returns otherwise they may be declined and returned to sender.

Any damage claims must be filed with the carrier (if damage is noted at the time of delivery). We will provide you with full assistance in the unlikely event.

Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Freight expenses on warranty claims will not be covered by us.

Any claims of breakage or return need to be made within 2 hours of the original delivery.
